VOLUNTEER

virtual Gatherings, LLC, is a new, women founded small business that provides virtual social and informative engagement for individuals with mild and moderate dementia related memory loss.

Our customized interactive curriculum includes socialization, movement, music and cultural activities. Each session is choreographed to ensure that members are engaged and empowered within a safe and joyful environment.

You will participate in activities and encourage members to engage and will co-lead segments. You will bring enthusiasm, a sense of humor, patience, empathy, and a passion and desire to bring happiness to the lives of our members.

 If you have a skill, talent, or interest we invite you to do a presentation to inform and entertain the members.

We are seeking volunteers and interns who have personal and/or professional experience interacting with people who have memory loss.

Our sessions currently meet on Zoom Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 2 – 4 pm.
